2. Scope of Services
We provide export and import services, handling international trade transactions involving high-quality products agreed upon by buyer and seller. All engagements are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Product Specifications
All products supplied shall meet the specifications, quality standards, and other requirements agreed upon in writing before order confirmation. Any unique or additional specifications requested by the buyer must be confirmed in advance.
4. Pricing
- Product prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD).
- All prices are based on FOB Chennai, Incoterms® 2020, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Prices may vary due to market changes, currency fluctuations, or changes in freight costs.
5. Payment Terms
Payments shall be made as follows:
- 70% advance payment upon order confirmation.
- 30% balance by T/T (bank transfer) before shipment.
We will proceed with production and shipping only after receiving the advance payment in accordance with the agreed terms.
6. Delivery
- Estimated delivery time is 15–20 days from receipt of payment.
- Delivery periods are estimates and not guaranteed; they may vary due to manufacturing schedules, logistics delays, port conditions, customs processes, or regulatory factors.
7. Packing
All goods will be packed using export-standard packaging, suitable for international handling and transport, ensuring product protection and compliance with export requirements.
8. Inspection
Buyers may request pre-shipment inspection at their own expense. Such inspections must be arranged and paid for by the buyer. Inspection results do not override the previously agreed product specifications unless both parties agree in writing.
9. Export Documentation
We will provide standard export documentation, including:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading
- Certificate of Origin
Any additional documents required by the buyer must be requested early and may incur extra charges.
10. Import & Export Compliance
Buyers are responsible for complying with all import regulations, duties, taxes, and customs procedures in their destination country. BOOMIKA Export & Import is not liable for any fines, penalties, delays, or losses due to non-compliance with import laws.
11. Force Majeure
The company shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government actions, strikes, wars, port congestion, or customs delays.
12. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall BOOMIKA Export & Import be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, or delay costs arising from use of our services.
13. Cancellation & Order Changes
Orders confirmed and payments made may not be cancelled without written consent from the company. The company reserves the right to refuse cancellation or changes without liability.
