This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all export transactions conducted by BOOMIKA Export & Import.
1. Shipping Terms
- All shipments are made on FOB Chennai – Incoterms® 2020, unless otherwise agreed.
- Risk and responsibility transfer to the buyer as per Incoterms.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery: 15–20 days from receipt of advance payment.
- Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to production, logistics, port congestion, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
3. Mode of Transport
Shipments are arranged through sea, air, or land transport depending on buyer requirements and product type.
4. Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Shipping lines or freight forwarders
- Customs authorities
- Port congestion or strikes
- Natural or political events
5. Shipping Documents
Standard export documents will be provided as agreed at the time of order confirmation.
