Due to the nature of international trade, BOOMIKA Export & Import follows a strict return and claims policy.
1. Returns
- Returns are not accepted once goods are shipped and exported.
- Any exception must be mutually agreed in writing before shipment.
2. Claims
Claims related to:
- Quantity
- Quality
- Packing
must be:
- Reported within 7 days of receipt of goods
- Supported with proper evidence (photos, inspection report, shipping documents)
3. Inspection
If pre-shipment inspection is requested and approved by the buyer, the inspection report shall be considered final unless otherwise agreed.
4. Liability Limitation
Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods supplied.
